Marco Rossi and Marco Bombardieri are the founding partners of Pro Audit: after a long stay in the professional environment of the ‘Big Four’, they founded an audit company, whose slogan is Proactive & Professional Audit.

Founding members
A consultant for international groups and lecturer at leading organisations, he deals with auditing, business consulting and training.
A chartered accountant, registered with the Piacenza Chamber of Commerce since 2009, an auditor registered with the Register of Auditors since 2009, he developed his professional career at Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen), becoming manager in 2007, executive in 2008 and senior manager from 2010 to 2017. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of “Corporate Auditing”, “Financial Statements and Financial Communication” and “Consolidated Financial Statements and International Accounting Principles” at the University of Parma, and Lecturer in “Methodologies and Quantitative Determinations of Companies” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan from 2009 to 2018. He currently continues his partnership with universities by intervening in university courses with lectures on specific technical and topical issues.
His main specialisations are:
– Auditing with positions as Statutory Auditor, Chairman and Statutory Auditor on Boards of Statutory Auditors;
– Corporate consultancy for international groups, consultancy in extraordinary transactions and due diligence (M&A), support in company performance analysis, drafting of consolidated financial statements and business plans;
– Lecturer and course speaker at leading organisations in the areas of financial statements, auditing, financial statement analysis, consolidated financial statements, national and international accounting standards, corporate performance analysis and business crisis.
His milestone is to offer an all-round high quality service to companies of different sizes (from multinationals to SMEs), thanks to 20 years of specific expertise gained in the world of the “BIG 4”.
Member of Pro Audit, Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2011, he developed his professional career mainly at Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen) from 2001 to become manager in 2007, executive in 2008 and senior manager in 2010.
His slogan is ‘Even small and medium-sized companies deserve a quality audit’.
He specialized in auditing both small and medium-sized industrial and commercial companies. He also provides administrative and accounting consultancy, accounting due diligence, and support in the preparation of separate and consolidated financial statements.
Lecturer at the Brescia Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts for teaching trainees and interns on auditing issues, as well as lecturing in professional training courses and masters courses on administration and accounting issues.
Member of the internal advisory commission of the Brescia Association of Chartered Accountants called Board of Auditors, legality controls and model 231.
He is an auditor and statutory auditor in industrial and commercial companies.

Vitalba Colucci

Vitalba earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Administration, followed by a Master’s Degree in Finance and Risk Management. In 2024, she passed the qualifying exam to become a Certified Public Accountant.
After an initial experience as a financial consultant at a leading banking outsourcing company, in 2019 she joined the Pro Audit team, of which she is also a partner. In addition to audit activities, over the years she has taken part in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and has deepened her expertise in taxation. She is also responsible for the company’s administrative and accounting management and management control, contributing to the planning and monitoring of corporate performance.

Arianna Romele
Senior at Pro Audit, in 2017 she earned her Master’s degree from the University of Brescia in Business Consulting and Liberal Professions. Since September 2020 she has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Brescia and, since December 2022, with the Register of Statutory Auditors.
Before joining Pro Audit, she worked at the auditing firm Deloitte & Touche from 2015 to 2020, reaching the position of Senior 2. During this professional experience, she mainly worked on audit projects, Due Diligence, and Agreed Upon Procedures. She had the opportunity to work with medium to large-sized companies, including subsidiaries of Italian and foreign listed groups, corporate groups preparing consolidated financial statements, and companies adopting International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The organizations she worked with operated in various sectors, primarily:

Laura Maini
After earning a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 2019, Laura gained about two and a half years of experience at a Big Four firm, working in audit at Deloitte & Touche. Since May 2021, she has been part of the Pro Audit team, where she is involved in the auditing of financial statements for manufacturing, commercial, and contract-based companies, mainly located in Northern Italy.
She has also begun performing sustainability reporting audits in compliance with the new ESG regulations, as well as participating in Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagements on “as is” and “to be” business processes. Over the years, she has deepened her knowledge of consolidated financial statements and reporting packages. Finally, she supervises several projects simultaneously and supports team planning, also contributing to the preparation of the training courses organized by the firm.

Stefania Petrescu

Stefania earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Markets and Financial Intermediaries, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. She later continued her studies at the same university in Piacenza, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Professional Practice and Tax Law.
During her Master’s program, she completed a curricular internship at Pro Audit, where she was subsequently hired in September 2022.
She later completed her internship to qualify as a Certified Public Accountant and Accounting Expert, further consolidating her expertise in accounting, tax, and corporate matters. She is currently continuing her professional development in financial auditing. Over the course of her professional experience, she has deepened her understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) topics and the implementation of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), with a particular focus on the Limited Assurance review of sustainability reports.

Elisa Fiorani

Elisa earned a Master’s Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Legislation, Audit and Control, from the University of Milan–Bicocca in 2021. She gained her first professional experience at an auditing firm in Milan, working mainly with small and medium-sized companies in the industrial and commercial sectors, where she supported the audit of statutory financial statements and reporting packages for Italian entities.
In 2023, she joined the Pro Audit team, where she is involved in statutory audits of ordinary and abbreviated financial statements for manufacturing and service companies, as well as in Agreed Upon Procedures engagements on business processes. In 2024, she passed the qualifying exam to become a Certified Public Accountant and completed the internship required to obtain her license as a Statutory Auditor.

Sofia Kodra

Sofia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Marketing Management, from the University of Parma. She then continued her studies with a Master’s Degree in General Management, focusing on Business Administration.
During her Master’s program, she completed an internship at Pro Audit, an experience that allowed her to put her academic knowledge into practice and engage with a dynamic professional environment. Following the internship, she joined the team on a permanent basis.
Since February 2024, she has been part of the Pro Audit team, where, in addition to auditing ordinary and abbreviated financial statements, she has focused on the analysis and monitoring of early warning indicators of corporate crisis, as regulated by the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency.

Lucrezia Randi

Lucrezia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, specializing in Export Management, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in November 2023. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an internship in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Management, specializing in Sustainability, at the same university.
Since September 2024, she has been part of the Pro Audit team, where she is involved in auditing statutory financial statements and has also collaborated on assurance activities related to sustainability reports, applying the principles and guidelines established by the main non-financial reporting standards.

Ilaria Nespolon

Ilaria earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Management and Professional Practice, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Piacenza. She then continued her studies at the same university in Milan, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Economics and Law, specializing in Auditing.
During her Master’s program, she completed a curricular internship at Pro Audit, after which she was hired by the firm. Since February 2025, she has been part of the Pro Audit team, where she is involved in financial statement audits, periodic reviews, and assistance and support in the analysis of corporate performance.

Federico Corti

Federico earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Marketing Management, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Piacenza. He then continued his studies with a Master’s Degree in General Management, focusing on Business Administration.
During his Master’s program, he completed a curricular internship at Pro Audit, combining academic training with hands-on professional experience. After graduating, he rejoined the Pro Audit team, where he is involved in statutory auditing and in providing support to auditors and Boards of Statutory Auditors in their accounting review activities.

Giorgia Ramieri

Giorgia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Control and Corporate Finance from the University of Pavia. She then continued her academic path with a Master’s Degree in Business Economics and Law. Shortly after graduating, she began an internship at Pro Audit, where she is gaining hands-on experience and deepening her understanding of the operational aspects of auditing and corporate control.
